Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week available covering a 7 day rota
Shift Pattern: 07:15am - 14:45pm, 14:30pm - 22:00pm
Salary: £13.00 per hour, plus benefits.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in Staffordshire. Experience is not essential, as we will provide you with all the relevant training and support to become a confident Support Worker.
At Wrekin Housing Group, we are all about caring for the community and the people we support. At Heath Street, we support up to six individuals, male and female, with all aspects of daily living including personal care, preparing meals and mealtime support, administering medication, and supporting with health appointments.
This is a rewarding role where you can see our residents enjoying themselves and having a great time with your support.
What you will be doing:
* Delivering the best possible levels of care to the people you support, to help the individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.
* Providing physical and emotional support, including assistance with household tasks and personal care, as well as supporting individuals with their healthcare needs, such as administering medication.
* Offering flexible services that meet people's needs, and support them to have choices about their own lives.
