As a Sales Advisor based in Cambridge (CB1 3EA), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
2. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
3. Building and sustaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
4. Proactively reaching out to customers through outbound sales calls.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or with a merchant is a plus, but not essential—comprehensive training will be provided.
2. Sales or customer service experience would be ideal.
3. Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging with customers.
4. A desire to learn and grow your career with Wolseley.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, along with every other Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, paid at overtime.
