Administrator Required Barnsley £12.59 per hour Ongoing Contract Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08.30am to 5.00pm A Basic DBS check is required for this role or willing to obtain one. The Job Purpose as an Administrator to take minutes at face-to-face Children Safeguarding Conferences in Barnsley Town Centre and out in the borough. Person will be required to minutes at least 3 conferences per week and do follow up work on the specific database. This role will be initially 6 weeks based in office, with potential of Hybrid working when not required to take minutes. Administration Experience and Qualifications Required Level 2 NVQ or 3 GCSES Grade C or above. An awareness and understanding of the role of business support team. An understanding of what makes excellent customer service. Knowledge of good practices for handling confidential data Time management skills including the ability to prioritise individual workload and to adhere to agree deadlines and targets Interpersonal skills including the ability I build and maintain positive working relationships. Experience of using office software such as Microsoft packages Experience of updating and maintaining records.
