The role The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant for a temporary 3 months with the potential to extend, to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and business support services to our Executive Directors and their teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Services function, including facilities and records management, as well as onboarding and offboarding activities. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively will be crucial in supporting our mission to build a stronger future for Western Sydney. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative and business coordination services. This includes managing financial support, travel arrangements, and human resource support, as well as coordinating diary appointments, meetings, and committees. You will also ensure the accurate management of records and databases, support meeting setups, and provide professional responses to inquiries.
