About the Role As a Customer Care Senior Supervisor, you will: Lead and motivate the Customer Care Team to deliver world-class service across social media, phone, email, live chat, and review platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (store management, marketing, merchandising, HR) to resolve customer concerns and identify improvement opportunities. Oversee key operations like refunds, exchanges, customer policies, and continuous training for the team. Drive team performance by managing KPIs, SLAs, and introducing performance incentives. Act as a shift manager on a rotational basis, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. What You’ll Bring Experience: Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service and sales environment is essential. Knowledge of Magento, E-commerce, and customer service software is a plus. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and develop a team while managing performance effectively. Customer Focus: Passion for delivering premium levels of service and resolving escalated concerns promptly. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.
