Title: Maintenance Technician – UPVC Carpenter Contract Type: Permanent, Full time Location: South-East & Kent Persona: Mobile Salary: £38,550 per annum (plus van for business use) Closing date for completed applications: 24th September at 9am Interview date 1st October 2024 Role Profile.doc We are looking for an experienced Multi trader/UPVC operative to work within our Reactive Maintenance Team in the South-East & Kent area covering Sidcup, Medway, Bexley, Greenwich, Gillingham & Chatham. The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs. Some Carpentry skills will be required for you to fulfil this role. Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment.
