Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a longstanding business based in Tyrone. They have established themselves as a reputable local employer and place great importance on their culture and team. They have a Senior Finance Assistant vacancy in their finance function.
This role will involve:
* Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Bank and cash allocations.
* VAT returns.
* Supplier payment runs.
* Month-end procedures.
* Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
* Purchase order administration.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in an accounts focused role.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Time management and organisational skills – adhering to reporting deadlines.
* Solid technical skills – working knowledge of an accounts software.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
