* Manage the day-to-day activity of your open order book, liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Industry, Sales Management Office, Trade Compliance and Quality Assurance for support to drive successful conclusions.
* Driving Customer on-time-delivery for repairs and spares.
* Management of any customer backlog.
* Forecast commitments for delivery, backlog and revenue for open order book.
* Customer intimacy to provide feedback and updates on progress.
This position requires expert experience in either a service management or technical solution role including some of the following:
* Experience in a dynamic fast moving environment managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Contribution to refining processes and help drive improvements and efficiencies in the managing work load.
* Working knowledge of relevant ERP, PLM and Microsoft suite.
* Tenacious and focussed to drive results for our Customers.
This role will require SC Clearance.
