ChampionX is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator located in Edinburgh. This is a part-time role that can be worked across 3 or 4 days per week. The Business Support Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Organising meetings and events, including internal team events and external stakeholder meetings. General office management, including liaising with site support staff, managing office inventory and office equipment. Acting as point of contact for facilities processes including office set-uip, DHSE regulations and other processes to ensure the smooth and safe running of our site. Acting as point of contact for internal stakeholders including IT department and PAT Team in Houston. Tracking office expenses and invoices. Ensuring office environment follows Health and Safety guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as an Business Support Coordinator / Administrator or in a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience at managing multiple tasks concurrently Preferred Qualifications: Strong organisational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
