CRM EXECUTIVE Location: Newcastle COE - NE12 8BU Full-time Competitive Salary Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am 6pm, hybrid working, early finish Fridays Holidays:21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years service

We are seeking to hire an experienced, hands-on, CRM Executive to assist in developing and improving Verisures communications with our customers. As a CRM Executive, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work proactively and strategically on all customer communications. You will be an integral part of the Customer Marketing team, defining multi-channel journeys, streamlining operations and coordinating communication across target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating email journeys, creating templates and achieving business goals. Responsibilities:
* Create and manage a communication strategy
* Develop and implement customer communication journeys
* Design email templates and calls-to-action (CTAs)
* Monitor and evaluate the success of email campaigns against key business KPIs
* Segment our portfolio based on customer behaviour and engagement
* Analyse email data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions
* Recommend improvements to optimise email campaign performance
* Develop and maintain documentation and road maps for email processes, A/B tests, and promotions
Email Marketing Manager Qualifications
* BA/BS or equivalent working experience
* Past experience with CRM email communications to an existing customer base
* Experience with email automation tools
* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
* Good time-management skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
