Key fintech client looking for a HR Advisor to provide mat-leave cover and manage HR services for UK & Switzerland offices.
You will have sole management of the Switzerland office and share responsibility for UK office with 2 other colleagues.
This role offers 2 days in office and flexible working hours (7.5hrs per day).
Job responsibilities:
* Responsibility for management of HR services (UK & Switzerland)
* Payroll and benefits administration for employees & expats
* Advising managers, and employees discussing a variety of HR topics including absences, benefits, local legislation, performance management etc.
* Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team
* Remain alert on local legislation to ensure compliance and updating HR policies appropriately
* Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships; managers, employees and external vendors/suppliers
* High level of administration and processing activities surrounding onboarding & offboarding, payroll & taxation
Key Requirements:
* Min. 5 years in a HR role, utilising employment law & regulations
* Min. 5 years working in Payroll for UK & Switzerland
* Experienced in processing insurance & existing company benefits
* Strong understanding of ACAS Code of Conduct
* Experienced in using of Workday ERP system
* Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are essential
Desirable:
* Broader EMEA HR / Payroll experience
* Level 3 CIPD qualified or above
* Additional language either: French, German, Dutch
