What you will do:
* Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, providing proactive insights and fostering the right commercial outcomes.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Deliver high-quality analytics and financial modelling to guide key investments and ensure optimal ROI.
* Performance Management: Monitor financial and operational metrics, identifying variances, and driving solutions to keep us on track.
* Market Insight: Ensure a robust understanding of market trends and competitive pressures, helping shape winning strategies.
* Continuous Improvement: Learn from past outcomes to refine processes and deliver greater value.
* Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire a team of Finance Business Partners to achieve impactful outcomes.
Your Attributes
You will bring:
* Expertise: You're a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or S) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong grasp of business and industry drivers.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Strategic Acumen: You challenge the status quo, deliver innovative solutions, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships with confidence.
* Commercial Insight: Your strong financial modelling skills and commercial acumen empower you to shape strategies that drive measurable success.
* Attention to Detail: You leave no stone unturned, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in decision-making analytics.
* Desirable: Experience in private equity, FMCG, retail, or branded sectors is a plus.
