Due to company expansion across the UK, we are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day running of our Falkirk Showroom.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the showroom.
* Provide customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
* Organise promotional events to increase customer traffic.
Key Skills:
* Sales experience is essential but full product training is given.
* Highly self-motivating individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals.
* Ability to work within a team to achieve sales targets.
* Excellent time management.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office.
* A good understanding of CRM systems.
