Business Support Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Oakham, £11.44ph PAYE - Reference: OR4624 Hybrid, but some office attendance is needed per week 1. To provide a first point of contact for the Highways team in line with the standards of customer service. 2. To ensure accurate entry of data onto relevant internal data management systems to enable accurate reporting. Also undertake data entry on external databases to enable the submission of periodic returns, e.g. National Highways and the Department for Transport (DfT). 3. To assist the Highways Operations Manager in the administration of the Street Lighting faults register and general administrative support. 4. To respond to email, postal, social media, and telephone enquiries from Customers, providing advice and assistance where possible, taking messages, and referring complex matters where necessary to ensure issues are resolved promptly. 5. To maintain and update the departmental complaints and enquiries system ensuring enquiries are dealt with in accordance with corporate policies and within a timely manner. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
