What You’ll Be Doing Working as part of our energetic Accounts Payable team, you’ll keep things running smoothly and efficiently by: Handling phone queries and managing shared inboxes Processing rental, lease, and utility invoices Inputting high volumes of data with speed and accuracy Investigating billing queries and reconciling statements Collaborating across departments Supporting with ad-hoc finance admin tasks What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a finance whiz – just someone who’s: Experienced in admin or customer service in a fast-paced setting Detail-focused with great data entry skills Confident using IT systems, especially Excel Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks A strong communicator who can build great internal relationships Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude To perform additional duties as required Experience in accounts or purchase ledger?
