Requirements Ensure that D&M and cases are raised, triaged and updated in-accordance with process requirements Assist the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor with the management of complex D&M and disrepair cases whilst updating records to ensure up to date and comprehensive information Regularly meet with the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor to ensure that root cause information and severity levels are monitored and updated accordingly Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of damp and mould mitigation projects Provide support to the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor in collating information and reports on D&M case numbers and statuses Deliver a customer centric service that provides high levels of customer satisfaction Liaise with contractors to ensure that their day-to-day activities are monitored Knowledge and Experience Experience of working with customers to successfully resolve issues Experience of managing contractors and sustaining good working relations Experience of dealing with customers, ability to understand their needs and be able to deal with telephone and email contact in challenging circumstances A good understanding of project coordination, delivery processes and prioritising tasks depending on urgency/vulnerability Excellent IT skills Benefits £30,085 per annum Full time of 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday Hybrid Working - 3 days in office Great Pension Scheme Full access to an Employee Assistance Program Customer focused, team working environment Employee discount perks including 100s of high street discounts 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
