HMH have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join the team at our new location in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. Following our move to a new site, we welcome applications from motivated and engaged individuals with a can-do attitude who can provide both practical and administrative support to the management of our facility. An indication of the duties involved are: Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner according to HMH HSSE standards. Review visiting vendor risk assessments and lift plans where applicable. Input into site base d risk assessments and procedures. Coordinate all aspects of facilities management including third parties working for FM Comply with relevant global and local procedures, as well as local laws and regulations impacting FM area of responsibility. Maintain the Kintore buildings and infrastructure. Organise internal desk moves, ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently Oversee housekeeping, ensuring kitchen and bathroom areas are stocked Ensure that a maintenance plan is in place and complied with and a database updated for expiring certificates. Responsible for the gate, security and access control system. Co-ordination of plant maintenance requirements for all workshop equipment Manage third party suppliers and their contracts, in strong collaboration with business goals. Continuously improve and have at least one ongoing ESG related project to reduce the business impact on the environment. Focal point to ensure legionella compliance Manage all building administrative documentation. Assist IT department with infrastructure maintenance requests ( equipment and annual testing) Maintain IT equipment inventory and register of allocated equipment Complete general maintenance tasks within competence. Ideally you will possess: Recognised qualification in a trade discipline Self-motivated, ability to work on own initiative Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications Strong interpersonal skills
