With a strong commitment to quality care and continuous improvement, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead the service and a dedicated team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring compliance with people's needs and progress.
2. Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
3. Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.
4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in a managerial role within a supported living or residential care setting.
3. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
7. Strong organisational and time management skills.
8. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
9. Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office applications.
