We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis Competitive Benefits Package including: 25 days annual leave, up to 4 days of flexible bank holidays, excellent pension contributions, private medical cover, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance program, plus a range of flexible benefits including the option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday per year, cycle to work, dental insurance, health assessments plus many more Free on-site parking We will count on you to: Develop a strong knowledge in Group Personal Pensions covering auto enrolment salary sacrifice and pensions legislation Gather, analyse data and prepare pension governance slides for Consultants to present to our clients Promptly and professionally communicate with clients and consultants on queries when required via letter, e-mail and telephone Ensure that all procedures are followed when undertaking work for clients, Consultants, and Insurers and deliver within agreed timescales Ensure errors and omissions and complaints are handled in accordance with agreed procedures Be personally accountable for your contribution to the performance of the service delivery of your team and reporting progress on a regular basis Accurately record own time spent, in accordance with standard procedures Consistently complete work by prioritising/managing workload so that cases are completed within agreed timescales Support members of the teams with queries, coaching and training Peer review/check other team members work Support and complete term and market reviews for our clients What you need to have: A strong desire to develop within Group Personal Pensions, learning about different insurers, products and clients A good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook What makes you stand out?
