Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join our amazing team at Connaught Care, an exceptional, brand new, all-inclusive luxury care home group.
Connaught Care is a brand new, market leading company, with twelve homes in development across the South of England.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will be a part of the Senior Care Team and will be leading the Care team within the home creating an outstanding home for our residents and creating a strong and dedicated team with careful attention to detail.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
This role is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, be confident with care planning and medication management and can lead, motivate and develop others, with extensive care experience.
