Landmarc Support Services are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of maintenance, repair, and fabrication tasks to keep our estate running smoothly. You’ll work on assets, vehicles, buildings, and equipment, ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and operating at its best. Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension systems, and other equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance and remedial repairs, including working at height or in confined spaces when required.
Assist with new builds, stock management, and fabrication of targets
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and asset users to ensure smooth site operations.
Undertake driving tasks, including operating specialist plant machinery if required.
Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Full UK driving licence (Category C desirable)
Solid understanding of health & safety practices, including COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
plant machinery and generators)
Willingness to undertake training for high-risk environments (e.g., working at height or in confined spaces).
