Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our mainstream primary school in Lytham St Annes, working with learners aged 5-8. Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in providing tailored educational support to students with SEN in the classroom.
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Offer one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
