What You’ll Bring to FuturaWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with:Strong numeracy and literacy skills (NVQ Level 2 in Maths).Training in relevant learning strategies, such as Numeracy Specialist Skills.Full knowledge of the curriculum and relevant learning strategies.Ability to build relationships with children and adults.Good understanding of child development and learning processes.Knowledge of statutory frameworks for teaching.Ability to self-evaluate and pursue learning opportunities.Ability to use ICT effectively to support learning.Commitment to the aims of the Futura Trust.Supportive of equality, diversity, and personal development.Good sense of humor and the ability to work constructively as part of a team.Willingness to work occasional hours outside the standard working schedule.
