Main duties of the job
Neural Pathways has a unique part-time opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We are looking for a dedicated professional with at least 3 years experience who is motivated to work across all areas of neurological rehabilitation. Job responsibilities
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide support to our teams based at Kingly Croft, located in Leicestershire, and Kingly Terrace in Northampton. Therefore, a Full UK Driving License and access to a car is essential for this role.

What you'll be working:
This role is 22.5 hours per week – 2 days at Kingly Croft in Leicestershire and 1 day at Kingly Terrace in Northampton.

What you'll be doing:
* Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities.
* Function as a key therapist to ensure active coordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client’s agreed rehabilitation goals.
* Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures.
* Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family.
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties.
* Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client’s needs are met to a high standard.
* You will be supported by experienced and skilled senior staff, and have protected training, CPD, and peer support time within your job.

* HCPC registration.
Experience
* 3 years postgraduate work experience.
* Full UK Driving License and access to a car.
* Experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting.
