Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this role focuses on the management of all aspects of the company stock control and Procurement processes which includes resale, internal and repair centre stock. This is a key role within the business interfacing with many internal and external customers, therefore exceptional communication skills are a must. What a day in the life looks like: Process daily hardware sales orders and issue purchase orders for non-stock items to ensure timely revenue recognition. Track deliveries from suppliers and support shipments from the warehouse as needed for accurate revenue recognition. Assist with quarterly stock takes and manage contracts for software, subscriptions, and hardware, including third-party procurement. Enter sales orders for new, add-on, and project sales into the ERP system based on contract terms for proper billing and revenue recognition. Assist both internal and external customers, providing professional communication and support. Proactively identify and resolve billing issues by working with internal teams and external customers or partners. What you bring to the team: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proactive in identifying and addressing processing irregularities Capable of adhering to defined processes and instructions Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Proven experience in billing and related tasks German language skills are a plus Why join us?
