Our client is a well-established business that provides engineering services to their clients. Due to growth, they require a Scheduling/Planning Team Leader to join their team. The role will require booking planned works 6 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair, and installation visits. The Planning Coordinator is also responsible for route planning and booking hotel accommodation.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer order logging onto CRM
2. Lead the team and implement a robust process for scheduling
3. Coordinate the most cost-effective planning & scheduling and train the team to focus on this
4. Handle customer queries/requests
5. Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
6. Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA's
7. Check engineer reports and process them to the internal team for payment
8. Provide excellent customer service skills
9. Build relationships with clients and engineers
