The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work in schools across North West London. In this role, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
2. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and personal development
3. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to deliver targeted interventions
4. Build meaningful, trusting relationships that help students succeed
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour in educational or similar settings
2. Training in behaviour management techniques such as Team Teach is highly desirable
3. Sports coaches and youth mentors are encouraged to apply—your energy and resilience can make a real difference!
4. Calm, patient, and committed individuals who genuinely care about young people's wellbeing

1. Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
2. Start Date: ASAP
