Job opportunity: Logistics Administrator/Coordinator
We’re hiring a Logistics Administrator/Coordinator to join our Lutterworth-based team on a permanent, full-time basis. Whether you have previous logistics experience or are looking to step into the industry, this role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
What you'll be doing:
1. Processing purchase orders and managing inventory
2. Handling customer calls and key logistics activities
3. Data entry and maintaining accurate records
4. Using Excel, Word, and internal IT systems
5. Collaborating within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
What we're looking for:
1. Previous logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent customer service and telephone communication abilities
4. Ability to use initiative while working within a team
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
