This is a chance to work on a variety of high-profile corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, private equity deals and complex investment transactions, for a diverse client base ranging from UK startups to international enterprises. You will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier advice, project-managing deals and contributing to the team’s ongoing growth and success.
