SENIOR PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £85,000.

The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of property litigation matters, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
1. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling service charges, ground rent debt recovery (for both residential and commercial properties), breaches of covenant, and a broad range of landlord and tenant matters.
2. You will manage your own caseload, delivering expert advice on a variety of property litigation matters within the County Court and the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
3. You will be responsible for supporting senior team members while providing supervision and guidance to junior solicitors and paralegals. This role requires strong leadership skills to foster team development and ensure effective performance management.
4. Excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently are essential. An interest in business development is also highly desirable.
