The Role In this pivotal position, you’ll manage project inquiries, develop competitive quotes, and ensure seamless handovers to the project team. Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams, your expertise will help transform creative visions into reality, supporting business growth and client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities Bespoke Quoting: Provide accurate and detailed estimates for custom projects. Technical Support: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to answer queries and resolve challenges. Project Scoping: Analyse drawings, specifications, and requirements to define project scope. Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to refine specifications and organize client approval drawings. Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns, including materials and labor. Risk Assessment: Identify potential project constraints and propose actionable solutions. Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to standards like "Secure By Design" and London Cycle Design Standards. Client & Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules. Requirements What We’re Looking For We value technical expertise, creative thinking, and effective communication. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Exceptional clarity in communication and a positive, solutions-focused mindset Technical acumen with a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience interpreting technical drawings (CAD familiarity is advantageous). A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
