Digital Marketing Specialist needed for a supportive, well known industry expert in the manufacturing sector. We are supporting the business to recruit a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize websites, with a strong focus on driving revenue. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies to increase online traffic, conversions and sales. As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, enhance brand awareness and improve customer engagement. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm benefits include Private Healthcare after successful probation, In house/external training, 25 days leave which increments to 30 days with length of service, free onsite parking. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will involve designing and executing engaging digital campaigns that promote brand awareness and direct traffic to e-commerce platforms. You will develop compelling product descriptions and landing pages to enhance conversion rates and monitor website performance, including traffic, conversion rates and revenue metrics. A key part of your responsibilities includes conducting keyword research and analysis for both SEO and PPC, focusing on high-intent, revenue-generating keywords. Optimizing user experience (UX) on websites to reduce bounce rates and improve engagement will also be a crucial part of this position. Key Responsibilities include: • Manage and optimize company websites to improve conversions and sales.• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.• Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.• Implement SEM techniques to enhance online visibility and revenue generation.• Design and execute engaging digital campaigns to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.• Monitor, track, and report on website performance, including key metrics.• Conduct keyword research for SEO and PPC strategies.• Optimize user experience to improve engagement and reduce bounce rates.• Implement and manage e-commerce tracking and analytics.• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with revenue goals.• Assist with additional marketing duties as required. We’re looking for the following skills & expertise: • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and SEM with a focus on revenue generation.• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data for strategic decision-making.• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Merchant Centre, etc.).• Experience with A/B testing and website optimization.• Strong command of English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.• Proficiency in graphic design software for creating digital content.• Knowledge of the paint and coatings industry is a plus but not required.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
