The Role
This is a fantastic standalone opportunity based in our Weybridge office, where you’ll play a key role in transforming our approach to employee rewards. You’ll be at the heart of developing and managing competitive and equitable compensation structures, working alongside senior stakeholders, external partners, and the HR team to create benefits packages that set us apart as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders and third-party providers to design and implement a globally competitive total compensation and benefits package that supports our strategy and business goals.
* Lead the migration to a new benefits platform while maintaining the current system and ensuring seamless employee experiences.
* Collaborate with HR and the M&A team to create tailored reward packages for acquired employees in both the UK and internationally.
* Manage compliance with compensation regulations and provide insights for Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Analyze salary data and benchmark market rates to ensure our rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with best practices.
* Lead the communication strategy around changes in benefits and reward structures, ensuring clarity and engagement with employees.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis related to compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity offerings.
* Provide expert advice on reward-related matters, staying ahead of trends and ensuring best-in-class benefits for our people.
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in an international Reward & Benefits environment.
* Proven track record with M&A, integrating new employees into an expansive, benefits-rich platform.
* Expertise with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
* HR project management experience with a focus on reward systems.
* Strong knowledge of current labour rules and regulations across multiple regions.
* Familiarity with pensions, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
* Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
