About the Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and address customer needs while fostering strong, strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
* Understand customer business objectives, identify needs, and develop plans to meet both customer-specific and industry-wide goals.
* Facilitate discussions that align customer priorities with solution capabilities to establish long-term strategies for effective implementation.
* Develop and execute a portfolio of activities that align with customer priorities and solutions.
* Provide actionable insights based on customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and contribute to account planning.
* Lead and oversee solution delivery while securing necessary resources to meet commitments.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Significant experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Solution/Sales Engineering.
* Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
* Fluency in German.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
* Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
* Background in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Tech or SaaS industries.
* Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and IoT products.
* PMP or equivalent certification.
