An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Specialist Nurse with the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care Team.
The team is committed to the delivery of high quality care Specialist Palliative Care for patients and families within all clinical areas in the trust, and strives to continue to improve quality and standards of care against National Guidance.
This dynamic role marries clinical and holistic assessment, expert symptom control alongside fulfilling the trusts end of life strategy. This includes delivering teaching and training and undertaking clinical audit.
We are looking for a highly motivated experienced nurse with excellent communication and clinical skills, empathy and emotional resilience to provide specialist palliative advice and support to patients and their families. You will use your specialist expertise to provide support and guidance to the wider health care team.
This is a full-time position which will include a weekend rota. Applicants willing to job share with part - time hours also welcomed.
