Working Pattern: 40 Hours per Week 5 out of 7 Days per Week Various Shift Patterns between 7am - 8:30pm Rewards: 28 days' paid holidays (pro rata) Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Company Pension Scheme Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Training & Development Uniform Provided Company Events Meals on Shift The Role: (See Full Job Description Attached) To ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to (if required) Ensure the service counter is prepped and ready for service Ensure the team are providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard Plan / cost menu combinations within the agreed tariff band. Effectively manage the team within the unit, including compiling rotas, authorising and scheduling holidays. The Person: Attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Leads by example and lives our values. Previous experience working within a fast-paced catering/ hospitality environment. Demonstratable knowledge of HACCP Previous management/ supervisory experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
