Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing all-round executive secretarial and administrative support for a team of solicitors.
2. Dealing mainly with commercial conveyancing client cases but also assisting in other areas.
3. Managing busy diary schedules, arranging internal and external meetings and preparing required paperwork.
4. Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking hotels and preparing itineraries.
5. Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, managing routine enquiries where possible.
6. Checking teams monthly expense claims and processing for payment.
