Role Overview
This Customer Service Advisor role will suit:
1. Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Someone who is adaptable, flexible, and happy to “wear a number of hats” in an expanding SME.
3. Passionate about securing a long-term career.
4. Someone who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
5. Any experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software packages would be useful but not a necessity. Good IT skills are required.
6. Ideally, you will have some interest in business, marketing, and technology.
7. You must have excellent communication skills; everything else we will train.
