This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2 days based in our Barford office and 3 days working remotely. Regular hours are on a weekly alternating rota of 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm.
The Role
The Application Services Analyst will be responsible for providing 2ndline support and maintenance of our bespoke software applications. This will include diagnosing complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for users of the platform and proactively ensuring the continuity of our platforms. Further, the Application Services Analyst will be responsible for configuring and monitoring our software products and data feeds which are critical to the success of the business.
As a software development company, the Application Services Analyst will have the opportunity to engage with and expand into a variety of additional areas including, but not limited to, Development, Testing, Product and Account Management. Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.
Experience
This role is suitable for a candidate with a strong background in application support, at least 2 years experience in a similar role, is competent in supporting web hosting and database technologies, and has a willingness to develop their knowledge of our bespoke applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft SQL. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI is desirable.
