Your role:
You will join an established team in providing a service which embodies the asset-based approach and The Deal for Adult Social Care. You will network within communities to promote and market the Shared Lives Service and will look to recruit new Shared Lives Carers using new and innovative methods. You will be responsible for and provide ongoing support to an allocated caseload of customers and Carers, supporting them into effective supportive relationships enabling all parties achieve their dreams and aspirations.
About you:
You will be a self-confident, passionate and driven individual, who has high expectations of themselves to deliver a quality service to customers. You will be an excellent communicator with a high level of interpersonal skills which will support the development of positive working relationships with customers and carers.
You will have a good understanding of Shared Lives and the asset-based approach and utilising person-centred approaches in delivering a service. You will be innovative, creative and flexible in your approach to your role to ensure the best possible service is provided to customers.
