Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Customer Services candidates for a number of Contact Centre Agent roles working on a hybrid basis for a lovely and very well established company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service at all times, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, Web Chat and/or social media as required. Location: East Grinstead, hybrid working - 2 days office based Hours: 35 hour working week - shifts between 8.45am-6pm Customer Service - Call Centre Agent duties: Answer customer calls and handle queries Respond to customer emails and live web chat Provide a high level customer advice and information service to customers Support and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience Handle customer complaints Skills Required: Previous experience of customer service, ideally within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
