We are looking for a number of people to support new employability projects that are currently being piloted within the Job Shop. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with an interest in Employment and Skills Support. This is an exciting and challenging time to work within the sector with an opportunity to help shape future local delivery. The post holder will work closely with the Project Leads to actively meet the challenges and opportunities across the projects and day to day activity. Who are we looking for? We are looking for individuals who are: Organised and proactive Able to use their initiative and have a sense of urgency Able to use and manipulate systems and technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to build good working relationships This is a hybrid front facing role where you will be required to work Monday - Friday between 830am - 5pm, although post holders will be required to work from the job shop as and when required, and as regularly as required to support the business needs.
