An exciting opportunity for an account director with extensive knowledge of the retail industry and retail planning. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and utilizing your consulting sales knowledge and expertise.
Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
1. Being a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve long-term success by managing change, carrying out strategy, monitoring progress, and quickly rectifying issues.
2. Qualifying and closing new opportunities with clients, upselling and cross-selling, ensuring clients can see the value in the solutions.
3. Developing and managing client relationships from c-suite to project managers.
4. Responsible for the proper execution of all aspects of client contracts.
5. Continuing to develop a deep understanding of the retail industry and ensuring a strong grasp of retail operations within global, technology, and social trends.
To be successful in the position, you will likely have:
1. Client-facing experience at a senior executive level with exceptional communication skills.
2. A proven track record of selling to clients and delivering complex and impactful client engagements.
3. Minimum 4 years of retail planning software sales experience.
