Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the team to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes—from food preparation to customer service—meet our high standards.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members during shifts, ensuring proper training, motivation, and performance.
3. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
6. Scheduling: Coordinate shift schedules and manage breaks to optimize efficiency.
7. Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve operational challenges, including equipment malfunctions or staffing issues.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
