This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will manage a small team. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company’s revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the SaaS property management sector. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor one marketing team member, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks, personal development, and team collaboration. Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and events. Lead Generation : Work closely with the sales team to create and execute lead generation strategies that drive high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline. Brand Management : Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and collateral. Content Development : Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content. Analytics & Reporting : Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the CRO and other stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, and help drive cross-functional initiatives. Budget Management : Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximise ROI. Qualifications Experience : Strong marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the UK Social Housing Sector and extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirement. Marketing Skills : Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and campaign management. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Team Leadership : Experience managing or mentoring a small team, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages. Systems and Technology : Comfortable working with marketing and analytics tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and social media platforms. Results-Driven : A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting KPIs and driving growth.
