Technical Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our Technology and Information Services team at Watford Community Housing.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of core housing software solutions to our residents. The Technical Delivery Manager will lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute technical projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders and teams
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers
* Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of technical projects
* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housing or social care sector
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
What We Offer
* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
