Job Title: Warehouse AdministratorLocation: CrawleyJob Type: Temporary, OngoingWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily administration of the warehouse, including processing orders, maintaining records, and updating inventory systems.- Monitor and track stock levels to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse management system.- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with delivery drivers, couriers, and external partners as needed.- Prepare and issue relevant paperwork for orders, deliveries, and inventory control.- Conduct stock audits, inventory checks, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and availability of items.- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth processing of deliveries, stock movements, and order fulfilment.- Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and warehouse team members in a timely and professional manner.- Assist with the organization and upkeep of warehouse records, both physical and digital.- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Support any additional administrative tasks as required to maintain the efficient operation of the warehouse.Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role is essential.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management systems (Mintsoft).- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively.- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a warehouse setting.- Must be able to drive
