Job Title: Process Quality Engineer
Reporting To: Engineer, Lead Process Quality
Work Schedule: Onsite - Tewkesbury, GBR
Moog Aircraft Group are recruiting for a Process Quality Engineer to join the team in Tewkesbury on a Fixed Term Contract basis until mid September. Main activities will include support manufacturing processes on a daily basis which will include improvement initiatives, contributing to APQP elements such as FMEA, MSA, capability studies, control plans, inspection plans, and processing non-conformances.
The ideal candidate would have experience in APQP/PPAP obtained within a manufacturing environment, but necessary training will be provided.
Responsibilities Include
1. Manufacturing non-conformances processing / progressing / facilitating
2. Supporting the manufacturing processes improvements
3. Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
4. Developing inspection plans
5. Facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
6. Process Capability studies
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Quality background essential
2. Knowledge of APQP processes aerospace or automotive is essential
3. Experience in manufacturing environment
4. Experience in RCCA methodologies
