Salary: up to £85,000 OTE
Glasgow Body-shop have a rare opportunity for an experienced leader to join us as our Bodyshop Manager. Our Bodyshop Manager will support the day to day running of our Bodyshop with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first class level of service.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for setting and driving strategic initiatives which improve work provision, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
* Set the short and long-term agenda for their team to ensure the strategy is understood, communicated, implemented, and embedded.
* Identify areas of opportunity through analysis of data, proactively monitoring trends in the industry to ensure that the service retains customers for the long term.
* Ensure that the business is focused on the right measures to ensure the efficiency, cost-control, productivity, and profitability of the bodyshop departments.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar senior aftersales leadership role within the motor industry. They will have a proven record of delivering improvement in an aftersales environment and a track record of successfully managing change. Consultative and collaborative, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, together with the level of assertiveness and commitment needed to achieve the required objectives.
