Psychology Graduate | Job Summary
* Full-time term time only Psychology Graduate role | Long term contract until July 2025
* Work alongside qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
* Role paying £420-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
* Experience working with children with SEND is essential
* First-Class or 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK University
Psychology Graduate | Job Role
* Working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in the classroom or in intervention sessions
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and adapting materials to meet students' needs.
* Employ functional communication and behavioural strategies to facilitate the student's engagement in class activities
* Using a composed approach to de-escalate situations, ensuring a safe environment for students
